Corporate Overview


Louisiana Trails, led by a team of dedicated individuals, seeks to provide access to and usage of the trails in accordance with the highest standards of local, state, and federal policy. The mission of Louisiana Trails calls for development of multi-purpose trails along the corridor, which, at suitable points, connect with other recreational facilities that operate under the auspices of the State of Louisiana and the U.S. Forest Service (in Louisiana, the Kisatchie National Forest). Mr. James Douglas Harris serves as president of the parent corporation; Mr. Ted Riser holds the office of vice-president; and Ms. Ella Marie Harris in the dual titles of secretary-treasurer.
